Hills training coordinated by Michelle Kinsey. Socially distanced training in groups of five plus a leader running hills across Darley Abbey and beyond, great for stamina and strength. Groups ranging from beginners / improvers through to fast.
Meeting times are staggered by five minutes from 7.00, 7.05 etc. meet your leader at the meeting points shown on the map.
If you are running Route Six the start point is at the car park on Darley Park Drive.
